Pésimo servicio durante una consulta virtual a la que no pude asistir. Hice 5 llamadas, me quejé y no me contestaron. Mi cita era a las 10 am y no me atendieron hasta las 11 am. Me dijeron 5 veces que me iban a llamar y no lo hicieron. Demasiada incompetencia en un solo lugar
Phenomenal attention from the advanced registration before the appointment, to the kind asistant at the front desk who smiled a big smile when she saw I'd done the advanced registration, to the compassionate medical assistant who was very careful when doing an EKG and patiently answered all my questions.
Above all I was greatly surprised with the time, care and clarity of Dr Ortíz! The experience of finding a physician that shows he cares is very rare these days. Last but not least the asistant who scheduled the studies I need to do before the next visit was extremely efficient, correct and patient. My husband and I were delighted to come to your practice and hope to have you as our caregivers when the need arises.

Visitar al cardiólogo por primera vez resulta una experiencia muy estresante, pero al encontrar a un médico empático, que explica muy buen la situación y que amablemente te conduce en la entrevista, hace las cosas más fáciles y de inmediato comienzas a experimentar alivio. Adicionalmente, que la consulta se haga en una oficina con amplios ventanales hacia una zona verde, también ayuda a aliviar cualquier problema que reportes y no menos importante, si te agrega presión no dominar la terminología médica en inglés, también pueden hablarte en tu lengua materna.
