Dr. Lauren Frost is a noninvasive cardiologist and practices out of our South Miami and Coconut Grove offices. She specializes in general cardiology, with a particular interest in women’s cardiovascular care. Dr. Frost is Board Certified in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretations. She has expertise in a variety of cardiac imaging methods, including transesophageal and transthoracic echocardiography, nuclear imaging, and vascular ultrasound. She also performs Sclerotherapy which is the injection of Spider Veins for cosmetic purposes. Dr. Frost is a graduate of Duke University, and she attended the University of Miami Medical School. She trained in Internal Medicine at Harvard’s Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts and completed her cardiology fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Frost is a member of the AΩA Honor Medical Society, a professional medical organization awarded to those at the top of their medical school class.
