Tamara Mishkel is a board certified Physician Assistant who earned a Bachelor of Science from Barry University, a Bachelor of Applied Science with a Physician Assistant concentration from Miami Dade College, and a Master of Medical Science from Saint Francis University. Before attending PA school, she spent 11 years working in cardiology, performing various cardiovascular diagnostic tests. She holds credentials as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiographic Sonographer and Certified Cardiographic Technician, and is a member of the Florida Academy of Physicians.
She strives to be an empathetic and dedicated provider whose goal is to provide optimal patient care. She has a strong passion for preventative medicine and mental health, hoping to help patients develop mindfulness and reduce stress for improved cardiovascular health.
